Love Tales refund policy

Review Love Tales' refund policy for digital purchases. Refunds are only available if 50% of generated images have significant defects and no book was shipped.

At LoveTales.ai, we pour our hearts (and code) into creating beautifully personalized storybooks that turn your real love story into an unforgettable illustrated fairytale. Because every book is custom-generated using AI and built just for you, our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the nature of our product.

Refunds for Printed and Digital Orders

Refunds will not be granted for the following cases:

  • Small differences in tone, style, or artistic output that are inherent to AI-generated content.
  • Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
  • Once story illustrations have been validated in your dashboard and the PDF has been exported, the project is considered delivered and non-refundable.
  • Cases where more than 2 credits have been used to modify your book are considered complete.
  • All hardcover printed and shipped book orders are final and non-refundable.
  • Once your story has been validated by you and your book has been submitted for printing, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@lovetales.ai using the subject line:

Refund Request – [Your name or order email]

Include the following in your message:

  • The email address used to make your purchase
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Screenshot(s) or clear references to the affected illustrations

We’ll get back to you within 3–5 business days with a decision.

Final decision & limitations

  • Refunds are reviewed case by case and are issued only once per customer.
  • Abuse of the system (e.g. repeated or dishonest claims) may result in account suspension or permanent banning.
  • All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of LoveTales.ai and are considered final.
