Love Tales Refund Policy – Digital Credit Terms
Review Love Tales' refund policy for digital purchases. Refunds are only available if 50% of generated images have significant defects and no book was shipped.

At Love Tales, we’re committed to delivering a magical and personalized experience. Because our product involves customized, AI-generated content, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting against misuse.
No Refunds on Shipped Physical Products
All sales of printed or shipped storybooks are final.
Once your book has been submitted for physical printing or shipment, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
Please double-check all input details and preview your book carefully before confirming any print orders.
Refunds for Digital-Only Purchases
Refunds are available only in limited cases for digital-only storybooks, and are granted at our discretion based on quality criteria.
To be eligible:
- You must not have ordered or received a physical copy.
- You must have generated your storybook using credits purchased from Love Tales.
- You must have used at least 10 credits.
- At least 50% of the generated images (e.g. 3 out of 6) must contain significant visual defects — such as distorted faces, incorrect characters, missing illustrations, or technical AI rendering issues.
Minor stylistic preferences, perceived narrative tone, or personal taste are not grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@lovetales.ai with the subject line:
Refund Request – [Your Order/Email]
Please include:
- The email address used during purchase
- Your order ID or invoice number (if available)
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or references to the defective illustrations
We’ll review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the decision.
Final Decision
Refunds are issued only once per customer, and at the sole discretion of Love Tales. Abuse of the refund system (e.g. repeat requests, false claims) may result in account suspension.
