SMS Terms – Order updates and optional reminders

Love Tales Inc. (“Love Tales”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates two separate SMS programs. These SMS Terms govern both and apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. The two programs

Order notifications (transactional). If you give us your mobile number while creating your book or at checkout, we may text you about that order: confirmation, a message when your preview is ready, shipping and delivery updates, and replies to a support request you started.

Cart reminders (marketing). Separate and optional. You join this program only by ticking the marketing checkbox next to the phone field. Giving us your number never enrols you on its own. If you join, we may text you a reminder with a link back to a book you started but did not finish.

Consent to the marketing program is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message frequency

Up to 4 messages per month across both programs. Order notifications depend on the orders you place. Cart reminders are limited to a small number of messages per unfinished book.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Love Tales does not charge you for these messages. What you pay is governed by your mobile carrier's plan.

4. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to leave that program. We will send one confirmation message and then stop.

Leaving the marketing program does not stop order notifications for an order you have already placed. To stop those as well, reply STOP to an order message, or email support@lovetales.ai.

You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing support@lovetales.ai.

5. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@lovetales.ai.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. You must also be the account holder for the number you give us, or have the account holder's permission to use it. Please tell us if you stop using that number so we can stop texting it.

7. Delivery and carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any given message arrives.

The programs are available on most major carriers. Carrier support can change without notice and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Your number is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your number. We share it only with the service providers who deliver these messages on our behalf.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms. If we materially change what we send or how often, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
