3. User Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful, offensive, or exploitative purposes

4. Account & User Inputs

Some features may require account creation or the submission of personal inputs such as names, story details, and photos. You agree to:

  • Only upload photos you own or have permission to use
  • Avoid submitting copyrighted, obscene, or misleading content
  • Take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Premium and print-ready upgrades

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or equivalent third-party providers.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds are not available unless required by law or in cases of technical error caused by us.

6. License & Ownership

What You Own:

  • You retain full rights to your personal photos and story content.
  • You may download, share, or print your generated book for personal use only.

What We Own:

  • All software, templates, designs, and underlying AI systems remain the intellectual property of Love Tales or its licensors.
  • You are not permitted to resell, distribute commercially, or alter the Service or its outputs for profit without explicit written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Love Tales uses advanced generative AI to create personalized text and illustrations. While we strive for accuracy and delight, you acknowledge that:

  • Generated content may not always be factually correct or error-free
  • Illustration results are based on your inputs and may vary
  • We are not liable for any emotional or reputational harm from generated content
