How to Write a Helpful Support Email

Including the right details upfront means we can resolve your issue in one exchange rather than going back and forth.

Order issues

• Order number (from your confirmation email)
• Email address used at purchase
• What's wrong or what you need

Technical issues

• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead (error messages, screenshots help)
• Your device and browser
• Steps you've already tried

Refund requests

• Order number
• Email used at purchase
• Reason for your request
• Confirmation that you've used fewer than 8 credits and haven't exported the final PDF

Quick Answers

Where's my order confirmation? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, log into your account to verify the order status. Still nothing? Email us.

Can I change my order? Possibly — if printing hasn't started. Email us with your order number as soon as you can.

How do I download my PDF? Log in → My Books → Download. If it's not working, see the Troubleshooting article.

Why don't the illustrations look like my photos? AI illustrations are artistic interpretations, not photo-realistic replicas. Use your regeneration credits to refine results. The Illustrations and Editing guide explains how.

Where's my tracking number? Check the Track Shipping section of your dashboard — that's the same information we have access to, so it'll be faster than waiting for a reply from us.
