You can contact us any time at support@lovetales.ai. It's the best way to reach us, whether that's a question about your order, a refund request, or something you think we could be doing better.

How long we take to reply

We aim to reply within 48 hours. During busy periods it can stretch to 72.

If you haven't heard from us in that time, check your spam folder first, as our reply may have landed there. And if it's been more than 72 hours with nothing from us, your email may have landed in our spam, which does happen occasionally. Send us a DM on Instagram @lovetales_ai and we'll get straight back to you.

We're a small team, so you're emailing the people who actually made your book.

What to include in your email

Giving us the details upfront usually means we can sort it in one reply instead of three.

Order issues

• The email address you used at purchase
• What's wrong, or what you need

Technical issues

• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead, with a screenshot if you have one
• Your device and browser
• Anything you've already tried

Shipping issues

• Your order number
• Your tracking number, if you have it
• What's happened: delayed, wrong address, damaged

Refund requests

Use the subject line Refund Request - [your name or order email], and include:

• The email address you used at purchase
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Screenshots of the illustrations affected

Feedback and suggestions

We really do want to hear from you, whether it's a feature idea, a testimonial, or something we could be doing better. Send it to support@lovetales.ai and we'll read it.
