Digital Delivery

Instant Access

Digital PDF books are delivered instantly—typically within 15 minutes of completing your purchase.

How It Works

1. Complete your purchase
2. Receive confirmation email with download link
3. Access your PDF from your account dashboard
4. Download and save to your device
5. Print at home or at a local print shop if desired

Download Details

• Format: High-resolution PDF
• File size: Approximately 20-50MB
• Download attempts: Unlimited from your account
• Link expiration: Links in emails expire after 7 days, but you can always download from your account

Physical Book Production

Total production and shipping takes around 10 business days for regular shipping and 5–8 business days for express shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We rely on a network of third-party printing and shipping partners, and slight delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather.

Order Tracking

Getting Your Tracking Number

2. You can also find tracking in your account dashboard under "Track Shipping"
3. Tracking updates typically begin 24-48 hours after the shipping email

Using Your Tracking Number

• Click the tracking link in your email
• Or visit the carrier's website directly
• Enter your tracking number to see delivery status

Tracking Not Updating?

• Allow 24-48 hours after shipping for initial updates
• International shipments may have delayed updates during customs processing
• Contact support if no updates after 5 business days

What To Do If Your Book Hasn't Arrived

Within Expected Delivery Window

1. Check your tracking information for updates
2. Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation
3. Check with neighbors or building management
4. Look for a delivery attempt notice

Past Expected Delivery Date

Step 1: Wait 3 additional business days (shipping estimates aren't guaranteed)

Step 2: Check tracking for any issues:

• "Held at customs" – May need additional time
• "Delivery attempted" – Check for pickup location
• "Returned to sender" – Contact support immediately

Step 3: Contact us at support@lovetales.ai with:

• Your order number
• Tracking number
• Shipping address used
• Date of purchase

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

What to Expect

• Orders shipped outside the origin country may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees
• These charges are determined by your country's customs authority
• Love Tales has no control over these charges

Who Pays?

• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
• These fees are NOT included in the shipping cost shown at checkout
• Payment is typically required before delivery

Packaging and Book Protection

Your Love Tales book is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition:

• Bubble wrap or cushioning around the book
• "Handle with Care" marking on package
• Weather-resistant outer packaging

Our Quality Promise

If your book arrives damaged due to shipping:

1. Take photos of the packaging and damage
2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
3. We'll send a replacement at no cost
