Shipping and Delivery

Digital delivery

Once you've made your edits to your avatars and launched your story for creation, your book takes about 15 minutes to generate.

You'll get an email letting you know it's ready. From there:

1. Log into your account
2. Make any changes you'd like to your text and illustrations
3. When you're happy with everything, click to validate your illustrations
4. Your PDF is then yours to download

You can download it as many times as you like from your account.

Printed books

Your book goes to print when you validate it for printing, not when you pay. Everything before that point is still editable, so nothing is printing while you're still working on it.

Delivery takes around 10 business days with standard shipping, or 5 to 8 business days with express. That covers printing and delivery together.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary by country. You'll find the current rates and estimates for yours on our shipping page, along with the full list of countries we ship to and where express is available.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We work with third-party printing and shipping partners, and delays outside our control do happen, especially during busy periods like Christmas.

Tracking your order

You'll get automatic emails with tracking information and updates on your book once it ships. You can also find tracking in your account under Track Shipping.

If tracking hasn't moved at all after 5 business days, email us at support@lovetales.ai and we'll look into it.

If your book hasn't arrived

Still inside the delivery window:

1. Check your tracking for updates
2. Check the shipping address on your order confirmation
3. Ask neighbours or building management
4. Look for a delivery attempt notice

Past the delivery window:

Give it 3 more business days first, since estimates aren't guaranteed. Then check your tracking for one of these:

• Held at customs. Usually resolves on its own, may need a few more days
• Delivery attempted. Check for a local pickup point
• Returned to sender. Email us straight away

If none of that explains it, email support@lovetales.ai with your order number, tracking number, the shipping address used, and your purchase date. We'll investigate.

If your book arrives damaged

Send us a photo at support@lovetales.ai. We'll look into what happened and reship a new copy.

If you've made a mistake with your shipping address

If your book hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@lovetales.ai as soon as you notice and we'll update it for you.

If your book has already shipped, we can't change the address from our end. You'll need to contact the courier directly using your tracking number. Most carriers let you redirect a parcel or hold it at a pickup point while it's still in transit.

Your country isn't listed?

Email support@lovetales.ai with your country and city and we'll tell you whether we can arrange it, or when we're likely to add you.

The digital PDF is available everywhere, so that option is always open.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer gift wrapping? Not currently, though your book arrives well packaged and gift-ready.
